“RHOA” Star Kelli Ferrell Reportedly Hit With Restraining Order After Allegedly Storming Neighbor’s Patio

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” newcomer Kelli Ferrell is fighting for more than a Season 17 peach.

According to US Weekly, the Atlanta food entrepreneur was hit with a court order requiring her to stay 30 yards away from her neighbor after tensions reportedly boiled over in their gated community. The incident stems from an alleged confrontation involving Ferrell, parking violations, and her neighbor Monualda Cash, who serves on the HOA board.

In court filings submitted September 2nd, Cash claimed that Ferrell “aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner” on August 9th, after her car was booted for being improperly parked in a fire lane.

Cash said Ferrell wasn’t alone and had to be physically restrained.

“Some of [her threats] were clear and others that were unintelligible,” she wrote, also citing video evidence to back her claims.

Cash requested that the court intervene to prevent further harassment and also asked that Ferrell undergo a psychological evaluation. While the judge granted a temporary protective order, the 30-yard restriction suggests both women still live nearby. A formal hearing is scheduled for September 22nd.

A representative for Ferrell pushed back, saying, “Since the announcement of Kelli’s involvement with ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta,’ Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior directed at Kelli and her family.”

Outside of reality TV, Ferrell is entangled in a bankruptcy case involving her ex-husband, Chuvalo “Mark” Ferrell. She’s challenged his repayment plan, accusing him of hiding income. His team has denied any wrongdoing and has recently threatened to sue Bravo and others for defamation. According to Chuvalo, the network allowed Kelli to accuse him of abuse, a claim he firmly denies.
