Kenya Moore is finally a free woman after finalizing her divorce from Marc Daly.

The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star sat down with “The Breakfast Club,” where she spoke on her high-profile divorce, which took three years to complete. Though the judge has not yet signed off on the divorce yet, according to Moore, the split was drawn out because Daly did not want to sign the documents. She believes the divorce should have been simple, considering that they only had one child and no joint property. However, the reality star said “he wanted drama.”

“At the end of the day, that man would not sign those papers,” Moore stated.

Moore and Daly wed in 2017 before welcoming their daughter Brooklyn the following year. Moore shared that the two tried therapy before ending the marriage. Sadly, things still did not work out between Moore and the restauranteur, who separated in 2020 and officially filed for divorce in 2021.

Elsewhere in the interview, Moore addressed Kandi Burruss taking a break from the series. Moore said she was aware of Burruss’ decision before she announced it and fully supports her.

“Sometimes you may need a break. She’s doing a lot of things. That girl is a mini-mogul. She’s got her hands in some of everything, and she’s very successful,” Moore explained, adding that Bravo taking so long to work out the contracts might’ve contributed to Burruss exploring other opportunities. The haircare line owner also slammed rumors that Bravo was considering getting a new Atlanta cast.
