Kim Kardashian explained why she chose to photoshop True Thompson into a photo with Chicago West at Disneyland.
On a new episode of Hulu’s ‘The Kardashians,’ Kim gave an explanation for her actions and said it wasn’t a “major scandal.”
“So basically, I have a grid for Instagram and I am doing pinks and blues,” Kim says. “So, there was the cutest photo of Chicago and Stormi at Disneyland and they are wearing pink. I sent it to Kylie for approval and she said, ‘No. I really don’t want pics of Stormi out right now.’ I respect it. So, I photoshopped True’s face onto Stormi’s body.”
Back in December 2021, Kim received backlash after fans noticed that she photoshopped True’s face onto Stormi’s body.
Kim admitted to “f*cking up” after Khloe Kardashian shared photos of True’s actual first trip to Disneyland.
“You heard it here first. It is not a major scandal. I just wanted my grid to be pink and blue. Photoshop fail,” Kim adds.
Khloe, on the other hand, was unbothered by the images and even believed Kim’s photoshopping skills were legit.
“She sent it to me, and I was like, ‘You took True to Disneyland without me?’” Khloe jokingly said.
This isn’t the first time Kim has been called out for her photoshopped images. In April, Kim shared a picture of her and ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson with the caption, “Late Night Snack.”
Fans immediately called out the Skims owner and claimed she photoshopped Pete to look different. An Instagram account shared a screenshot of Kim’s photo alongside a separate image of Pete’s jawline, claiming that the post was different from “reality.”
