Between Kim Kardashian’s neighbors complaining and her estranged husband Kanye West moving directly across the street, Kim just can’t catch a break.
According to TMZ, Kim’s neighbor Sarah Key has filed an injunction to block Kimmy from building a driveway on Sarah’s piece of land.
In legal documents, Sarah claims Kim is a part of a trust that is trying to build the driveway. The driveway is supposed to give Kim easy access to and from her house in Hidden Hills.
Even though Kimmy hasn’t begun the construction process, Sarah is already ten steps ahead and is not here for the driveway. The lawsuit isn’t directed towards Kim solely but more so for the Hidden Hills Community Association.
This is the same neighbor who filed a restraining order against the association a while back. The order was set to block Kimmy from building an underground vault, subterranean parking, attached subterranean wellness center & detached guardhouse.
