Pop icon Lady Gaga and Oreo are teaming up for their next cookie flavor.
On Wednesday, Oreo announced the Chromatica cookies, named after Gaga’s sixth studio album released in May. The specially themed packaging will be inspired by the album and the cookies themselves, which will be “pink-colored Golden Oreo cookies with green colored creme.” Embossments on the snack will also be centered around the Chromatica album.
While the specialty Oreos will arrive next year beginning in January, fans wanting to get their hands on a pack sooner can sign up for the Lady Gaga x OREO Stan Club to receive notifications when the full pack’s release. The first 1,000 subscribers will be gifted with a free pack.
As part of the cookie rollout, the pair announced “Sing It With Oreo,” a campaign encouraging fans to send their loved ones musical messages. Fans can create these messages titled “Oreograms,” on the “Sing It With Oreo” website. The message is then instantly made into a song that can then be shared on social media. Participants will have a chance to win a variety of Lady Gaga gear, concert tickets, and a meet and greet.
“Whether it’s to show support, share affirmations, well wishes, or congratulatory messages, Lady Gaga OREOgrams are designed to inspire kindness,” Oreo said in a statement.
The limited-edition Oreo will debut in six-cookie packs starting in January. Whole packs of the Chromatica cookies will arrive sometime after.
