After a traumatizing year, ex-NBA baller Lamar Odom is ready to get his ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian, back.
In a new promo for The Doctors, Odom opened up about his life after his month-long stint in rehab. In the episode, set to premiere Tuesday, January 17, Odom explained how he’s making strides and progressing since overdosing in 2015.
“Going forward, when you look at your life ahead of you, what are you looking forward to,” host Travis Lane Stork asked Odom, to which he responded, “Um, honestly? I want my wife back.”
The couple jumped the broom in September 2009, however after infidelities and a drug relapse, the reality star filed for divorce four years later. In 2015, the two signed the papers, just before calling off the divorce following Odom’s near-fatal overdose. Six months later, the divorce was back on and the two were officially divorced in December.
While Khlomar was a fan-favorite, Odom’s wish to get his wife back may be a thing of the past. In the recent months, Kardashian has been kicking it with Cleveland Cavaliers baller Tristian Thompson and things have been heating up. According to reality star, the two “use the L word,” so it must be serious.
According to PEOPLE, Odom is happy and doing great. Apparently, he may even be taking a page out of the Kardashian book to film a new reality series, set to air sometime in 2017.
“The show will be about his life, recovery – all about him,” a source told PEOPLE about the new series.
