A New York lawyer has been kicked out of his office space after his racist-rant went viral.

In the minute-long clip, 44-year-old Arron Schlossberg was caught yelling racist and hateful comments at Spanish-speaking restaurant workers, threatening to get them kicked out of “his” country. Despite that fact that…nevermind.

The incident occurred in the Fresh Kitchen on Madison Avenue on Tuesday afternoon and was uploaded one day later.

“He got mad that they were speaking in Spanish and he started ranting, yelling, screaming. It seemed like he wanted attention,” the restaurant manager said of the incident. “He got furious, started to talk really angrily about it, I just let it go at first because I thought it wasn’t too much of a big deal. Then he started to scream and get a little bit too loud and I stepped up,” and said, “You shouldn’t be doing this here.”

Following the incident, a Congressman filed a formal complaint to the state court system’s disciplinary committee and now, Schlossberg is getting the boot.

According to the New York Post, the lawyer had been using an office space on Madison Ave for his own private law firm, but the man behind the business center has nipped that in the bud in the wake of his racist rant.

“We have terminated his service agreement with us,” Hayim Grant, the president of Corporate Suites, said on Thursday. “His actions are just not consistent with our community and rules and regulations…It’s totally contrary to everything we believe in as a company and personally.”
