Lil Baby Released From Paris Police Custody

According to reports, Lil Baby has been released from police custody in Paris.

The rapper was released from custody this morning after he was fined for “having cannabis in his car.”  As it was previously reported, Baby was initially detained while attending Paris Fashion Week festivities with James Harden.

Harden is believed to have been frisked but not detained.

Plainclothes officers are believed to have stopped Harden and Baby, as well as a bodyguard, due to the purportedly “strong” smell of marijuana. Harden and Baby were originally unaware of what was going on, which added to the uncertainty.

Officers in uniform eventually arrived on the scene, claiming to have uncovered an estimated 32 grams of marijuana inside the vehicle. Baby, as well as the bodyguard, was then apprehended.

In an Instagram post promoting a gig in Indianapolis this weekend, Baby thanked fans and loved ones for checking in on him early Friday morning.

To show that he was good, Baby posted to his Instagram story a photo with the caption “back at it.”

He also took to Twitter to let fans know he’s good.
