JusBlow600 was recently arrested in connection to a 2017 murder. The rapper is signed to Lil Durk’s “Only the Family” record label.
25-year-old Justin Mitchell was charged with murder and six additional felony counts. He is being arrested alongside co-defendants Paradise Haynes, and Lucky R. Tyler for the 2017 robbery turned murder case. According to the accusations, the co-defendants conspired to rob Khalil Carter. When the theft didn’t go as planned, Carter was murdered.
Mitchell is believed to be the shooter. If proven guilty, he and Tyler will face 45 to 65 years in state prison. Co-defendant Haynes has already pleaded guilty to the robbery. As he awaits sentencing, he may face 10 to 30 years in prison.
Mitchell took to Instagram to claim his innocence.
“They tryin 2 build cases off lies and snitches!” he wrote, teasing that he has an album on the way soon, too. “Imma stay 10 toes down … I love and thank my support system and fans!! Imma be back when I beat the case.”
