As if Lil Nas X’s legal trouble couldn’t get any worse, he’s now facing four felony charges related to his wild Los Angeles stroll and police confrontation.

TMZ reports that the Los Angeles County District Attorney has charged the “Old Town Road” rapper with three counts of battery on a police officer with injury and one count of resisting an executive officer. Authorities say the charges stem from an early morning incident on Ventura Boulevard, where Nas X was reportedly found naked and behaving erratically.

Police responded to concerned calls, and according to a spokesperson, “Upon arrival the suspect charged at officers and was taken into custody.” Three officers were reportedly injured.

Before the confrontation, TMZ released surveillance footage showing Nas, real name Montero Hill, wandering shirtless through a Hollywood hotel lobby looking visibly disoriented.

He was held without bail over the weekend, transferred from the hospital to jail, and appeared before a judge Monday. His arraignment is expected soon.
