Lil Tjay Claims Offset Is Broke Amid an Alleged Gambling Addiction: “He Was Asking Random People for Cash Apps” [Video]

Amid Cardi B accusing Offset of trying to take away assets she’s worked for in their divorce, Lil Tjay is now claiming the Migos star is actually broke.

During a Twitch livestream on January 8th, the New York rapper alleged Offset is struggling thanks to a serious gambling addiction. He learned this during a surprising encounter with the Atlanta star at a casino.

“Offset is broke. I’ll tell y’all a true story: I seen the n***a in the casino. He was popped, he was panicking. He was asking random people for Cash Apps. He was broke,” Tjay claimed.

The Bronx performer added, “I don’t know what happened, nobody was answering his phone calls. He was trying to run up, chasing, chasing, chasing. He must have a gambling addiction.”

Seeing the situation, Tjay said he loaned Offset $5,000 and witnessed him borrowing more money from others. Despite dishing out another $5,000, Tjay said he hasn’t been repaid.

“This n***a ducked me for so long, boy. Mind you, I’m 23 and this is ‘raindrop, drop-top,’ Cardi B’s husband,” he joked.

His revelations come just days after messages between Tjay and Offset surfaced, showing the “Calling My Phone” artist threatening Offset over the money.

“Wyaaaaaaaa ngl ima smack the whole s**t out you,” Tjay warned in a DM. Offset responded angrily, denying the debt.

While Offset has yet to publicly address these allegations, he recently celebrated New Year’s in Dubai, reportedly spending $100,000 at a Chanel store alongside rumored girlfriend Melanie Jayda. Therefore, one can assume that Offset would be able to afford to pay off his debt.
