The Bronx rapper, Lil Tjay, addressed swirling accusations that he shot Offset during a tense encounter that had social media running wild. Speaking to reporters moments after his release, Tjay painted a chaotic scene and pushed back hard on the narrative.
According to Tjay, the situation escalated when Offset saw him and immediately started yelling, “That n***a shot me.” Tjay didn’t hold back in response, suggesting the claim was false. He took things a step further by suggesting Offset was cooperating with authorities.
“N***a is a rat,” he said, making it clear he believes the story being told is not just wrong, but intentional.
As questions kept coming, reporters tried to dig into a possible motive, including whether money played a role. When asked if Offset owed him anything, Tjay stayed consistent and refused to elaborate. His answer never changed. “Ask Offset.”
For now, Tjay appears focused on defending his name, leaving the rest of the story in Offset’s hands, at least from his perspective. As for the latter, he is reported to be in stable condition.
