Lil Uzi Vert is back with “We Good,” the first single off their highly anticipated Eternal Atake 2, and they’re not holding back.
Uzi decided to address the wild rumors that they’re addicted to nitrous oxide after fans expressed some concern.
The rumors started after a viral video showed Uzi inhaling from a balloon, sparking all kinds of speculation.

Fans took to social media, convinced that Uzi was on the “NOS” (slang for nitrous oxide).
Now, Uzi’s hitting back with new music and he’s addressing it all.
“They said I was lost. They thought I was a dead guy, I was on the NOS.”
The National Institute of Health has warned about prolonged nitrous oxide use, explaining that it can lead to a vitamin B12 deficiency. This deficiency can cause numbness, peripheral neuropathy, and even megaloblastic anemia, underscoring the dangers tied to the substance.
While Uzi’s lyrics don’t confirm the rumors, they do hint at a readiness to move past the speculation.
