London On Da Track Sued By Mother Of Child Over Child And Paternity Support

A stay-at-home mother has filed a lawsuit against music producer #LondonOnDaTrack for allegedly taking off after their child was born.

#DayiraJones sued the producer on April 21 over paternity and child support for their child, who was born last year, according to BOSSIP. Jones reveals that London has claimed the boy as his own and signed the child’s birth certificate when he was born. She says the two had an intimate relationship prior to their son’s birth.

However, their relationship became estranged after she had the child, she says. She claims London has not paid child support and now wants him to pay her back. She added that she would like him to physically support her because she had to quit her job to care for her child full-time.

In the document, Jones says that London is worth at least $1.5 million, and she wants the amount of money in child support to be raised due to his high income despite state child support guidelines. BOSSIP reports that Jones is requesting London to maintain a life insurance policy of at least $1 million and pay her $15,000 towards her legal attorney’s fees.

The producer is currently in another legal battle with the mother of his child #EricaVotners. London is seeking to receive full custody of his son, London Jr. He has also requested that a judge force Votners to undergo a mental evaluation because he believes she has a drug issue and is unstable. However, Votners clapped back at London with a countersuit, claiming that London has fallen short on his child support payments and has blocked her from seeing their son.
