Music producer London On Da Track wants a paternity test to prove he is the father of Dayira Jones’ son.
On June 30, the 29-year-old filed court documents stating that he is not sure about being the father of Jones’ son, who was born last year, according to Bossip. He now wants to take a DNA test and, if proven to be the father, he wants joint physical custody. He adds that he also wants Jones, who is a stay-at-home mother, to pay child support. In addition, London would like the child’s medical bills and insurance to be split in half between the two parents.
Bossip reports the producer is also seeking a gag order to ensure that Jones does not speak “in a disparaging manner” about him or the legal matter. The outlet previously reported that London stepped away from financially supporting the child. Jones previously requested an upward deviation from state child support guidelines, claiming that London is worth at least $1.5 million.
While a judge has yet to make a decision in the case, London is currently sparring with two other women in court he allegedly fathered children with.
Update: On July 4th, Dayira Jones posted to her Instastories the paternity test results indicate that London On Da Track is in fact the father.
