Eric Holder, the man suspected of fatally shooting Los Angeles’ own, #NipseyHussle, has officially been caught.
According to CBS Los Angeles, the 29-year-old was arrested before 1:30 p.m. in the Bellflower area, just 20 miles away from the scene of the crime.
Just hours before Holder’s arrest, LAPD Chief Michael Moore explained the fatal incident to reporters and called on the public to help locate the suspect.
“Eric Holder is wanted for the homicide in the shooting of Nipsey Hussle. He was last seen in a 2016 white 4 door Chevy Cruze, CA license plate 7RJD7842,” officials said.
The fatal shooting of Hussle reportedly erupted over a personal dispute. Apparently, Hussle inquired about Holder’s relationship with officials, as the man was known to the streets as a snitch. Reportedly embarrassed, Holder left the scene, and later returned with a gun to shoot Hussle. Now, he’s in custody.
According to the Blast, LAPD homicide officials are currently on their way to identify Holder.
