Jarred Lemming, 28, was found butt-naked after he broke into a home in Woodstock, Georgia, by crawling through the doggie door, according to Daily Mail.
A neighbor called to report seeing a man get out of a truck and crawl through the dog door in the back of the house. Police arrived to find Lemmings completely nude inside. Authorities ordered him to put his hands up, however, he resisted in an effort to cover his private parts.
Lemmings told authorities that he knew the owner of the home but he did not want to bother him. He claimed he came in to shower, wash clothes and use the Wi-Fi. He stripped naked to wash his clothes, he said smelled like gas. However, there were no signs the shower or washing machine had been used.
The homeowner confirmed he knew Lemmings but did not give him permission to enter. He told authorities he suspected a break-in earlier this year because he noticed differences in his home. The channel had been changed on the TV, the washer and dryer had been left on different settings and the shower curtain had been drawn to the opposite side.
The two men formerly lived together when the homeowner helped Lemmings recover from a surgery. He moved out a year ago.
Lemmings was arrested and charged with first-degree burglary. Since the two men previously lived together he was charged with burglary under the Family Violence Act.
