Mariah the Scientist (and Her Toes) Get Special Attention From Boyfriend Young Thug

Mariah the Scientist is making it clear that she and her toes belong to Young Thug.

The singer, who recently canceled several performances to spend time with her newly freed boyfriend, posted an image on her Instagram Story showing her red-polished toes being massaged by Thugger. While the exact location of the couple at the time of the photo remains unknown, it seems Mariah wanted to offer her fans an explanation for her absence.

The couple has been together since 2021, but their relationship faced a setback when Thug was arrested on RICO charges in May 2022. He was finally freed on Thursday, October 31st, 2024, after accepting a plea deal that included 15 years of probation. Mariah celebrated the news during a concert, telling the cheering crowd that she had a jet to catch immediately after leaving the stage. She also expressed her gratitude for his freedom when speaking with a local reporter shortly after Thug accepted the deal.

“This is the greatest opportunity we’ve ever been presented with,” she wrote in her statement.

Since his release, Thug has remained mostly quiet, sharing only a handful of tweets. Fortunately, he has Mariah, his children, and family to help him adjust to life outside of jail.
