During the latest proceedings in Megan Thee Stallion’s defamation lawsuit against blogger Milagro Gramz, her former manager took the stand to offer emotional testimony about the toll the controversy has taken on the Grammy-winning artist.
Travis Farris, professionally known as T-Farris, testified in court on Wednesday that Megan underwent an intensive therapy program totaling $240,000 to cope with the psychological aftermath of Gramz’s online posts. Among those posts was a manipulated pornographic video using deepfake technology, which some viewers believed to be authentic.
Farris told the jury, “Megan came to me in tears and apologized for me having to see the video.” He explained that the emotional distress triggered by the video and subsequent online speculation led to her decision to seek help.
He also recalled the day of the July 2020 shooting incident, for which rapper Tory Lanez was later convicted. Farris said he rushed to the hospital after receiving a text about the situation. That event, he said, marked the beginning of a difficult chapter in Megan’s life.
During the hearing, Megan’s legal team stated she has been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder. Dr. Lenore Walker, the physician who made the diagnosis, is expected to provide expert testimony in court.
T-Farris also addressed rumors circulated by Milagro Gramz that he had a romantic relationship with Megan. He firmly denied those allegations, describing their bond as similar to that of siblings. He explained their close relationship developed after he began managing Megan shortly before her mother passed away in 2019.
In court filings, Megan’s legal team suggested that Gramz may have received misleading information from Tory Lanez’s camp. They also alluded to a possible personal connection between Gramz and Lanez’s father, Sonstar Peterson. Evidence presented included alleged text exchanges in which Sonstar reportedly gave Gramz instructions on how to enter his gated residence, ending the messages with “love you.
Meanwhile, courtroom tensions remain high. Earlier in the week, Tory Lanez and his attorney, Crystal Morgan, were held in contempt of court and fined thousands of dollars.
