Michael B. Jordan admits that he gets lonely but makes it clear that he is not looking for a companion.
“There’s a loneliness that I have,” Jordan said. “The responsibility that you have is isolating and the weight is isolating. The worst part of that is the feeling like nobody really understands. Sometimes falling into the spaces of being alone, feeling alone.”
Additionally, Jordan mentioned his ongoing inner dialogue, contemplating between the desire for companionship and uncertainty about what qualities define the best partner for him. He also elaborated that his ideal relationship surpasses reciprocal affection, suggesting that pure love should suffice in a significant other, although he acknowledged the complexities of this idea.
Navigating his complex schedule, Jordan expressed his longing for a partner who comprehends and embraces all facets of his life. Reflecting on past relationships, he noted the challenge of balancing availability and supportiveness while managing numerous commitments. Nevertheless, despite the complexities, the actor affirmed his desire for a family in the future.
“I’m not looking but it would take a very special person to understand and grow with me,” he added.
Jordan’s most recent public relationship was with Lori Harvey in 2021, which concluded after a year.
