Michael Jordan’s legendary Highland Park estate, Champions Point, is now offering fans the chance to live like NBA royalty—for a week at a time.
The 32,000-square-foot mansion, originally custom-built by the basketball icon, has been transformed into a co-ownership property by real estate investor John Cooper, who purchased it for $9.5 million last December.
For $1 million, buyers can secure a weeklong timeshare at the sprawling estate, which includes nine bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, and amenities tailored for sports enthusiasts. These include a full-size indoor basketball court, fitness center, putting green, and tennis court. The property’s iconic front gate still features Jordan’s signature “23,” a tribute to his legendary jersey number.
Non-sports fans won’t feel left out—Champions Point also boasts a home theater, in-ground swimming pool, wine cellar, and cigar room complete with leather poker tables. For an additional fee, co-owners can host private events like weddings or charity galas with on-site entertainment and a private chef.
“We envision Champions Point as more than just a luxury property—it’s an opportunity to own a piece of history and bring sports enthusiasts together,” said Cooper in a statement.
The unique timeshare model allows co-owners to help cover annual expenses, and shares can be resold. With space to accommodate up to 20 guests, the property promises a luxurious, community-driven experience that keeps Jordan’s legacy alive.
