Michael Wolff, the outspoken author and political commentator, claims Hunter Biden is now in Melania Trump’s legal crosshairs.
In a recent Instagram video, Wolff said Hunter Biden received a letter from the First Lady’s lawyers — or possibly from her husband’s legal team — threatening a $1 billion lawsuit. The reason, according to Wolff, is Biden’s public remarks linking Melania Trump to Jeffrey Epstein.

Wolff added that similar letters have been sent to The Daily Beast and Democratic strategist James Carville. He says his position, and likely Biden’s, is that the connection between the Trumps and Epstein is public knowledge, citing numerous photographs, shared social circles, and even the party where Melania first met Donald Trump. That event, Wolff claims, was hosted by modeling agent Paolo Zampolli, a known associate of both Trump and Epstein — and Epstein allegedly attended.
Rather than back down, Wolff says the lawsuits should go forward so both Donald and Melania Trump can be deposed under oath about their ties to Epstein. He believes those depositions could reveal extensive details about a decade of high-profile social interactions involving models and elite gatherings.
The claim adds another layer of tension in the already heated political atmosphere, with accusations, billion-dollar threats, and the specter of Jeffrey Epstein’s name continuing to ripple through Washington and beyond.
