The mother of Flo Rida‘s son is seeking a hefty settlement in a recent lawsuit.
According to TMZ, Alexis Adams is seeking a settlement of $40 million to bring an end to the lawsuit she has filed against several parties. In her legal action, she alleges that these parties bear responsibility for her son’s fall from an apartment building in Jersey City.
If you recall, Alexis and Flo’s 6-year-old son, Zohar, experienced a near-fatal incident when he fell from a fifth-story window, landing on hard concrete. The accident led to severe injuries, requiring immediate hospitalization and admission to ICU. As a result, Zohar was encased in a full-body cast and had to undergo extensive rehabilitation to regain his ability to walk. Medical professionals described his survival as nothing short of a miraculous outcome.
Alexis later filed a lawsuit against multiple parties, including a construction company and a window installation company. She claims that these entities are responsible for installing improperly sized window guards, which she believes led to Zohar’s fall. It’s important to note that Flo Rida is not a party involved in this lawsuit.
Alexis is seeking a settlement of $40 million, with $20 million from one group of defendants and $20 million from another. However, the legal documents do not indicate any willingness of the defendants to agree to such a settlement amount in order to resolve the case.
