According to recent legal documents, NeNe Leakes is being sued by her boyfriend’s wife for allegedly sleeping with her husband.
In a lawsuit obtained by TMZ, Malomine Tehmeh-Sioh says that NeNe and her now-BF Nyonisela Sioh hooked up while they were still married.
Malomine claims NeNe humiliated her by sharing a photo of her with her new boyfriend, severing her connection with her husband.
According to Malomine, she is suing for over $100k after claiming she was subjected to emotional distress, mental anguish, and a lack of affection.
In North Carolina, a spouse’s extramarital lover can be sued for alienation of affection. Since it is essentially a game of love, most states have prohibited such lawsuits. There are currently only seven states that allow a person to sue a third party over ‘alienation of affection’ from their spouse.
The couple went public by posting photos to Instagram on the night of Nene’s birthday celebration in December.
A few days later, the two were seen holding hands as they walked out of Mr. Chow’s restaurant in Miami.
