Neyo and His Wife, Crystal Smith Are Expecting!

E! News has confirmed that singer Ne-Yo and his wife, Crystal Smith, are expecting!

Just 18 months after the two jumped the broom in L.A., the couple has announced that they are expecting their second child together. “We are so excited!” Smith told the publication. “This definitely wasn’t in the plan and we weren’t trying at all!”

The couple has yet to tell their other children, but they believe they will be very excited for a new sibling. “Maddie has asked a few times for a little since having SJ so fingers crossed,” the couple said of Ne-Yo’s daughter Madilyn Grace from his previous relationship.

The “So Sick” singer also has a son, Mason Evan, from a previous relationship, as well as his one-year-old son, Shaffer Chimere Smith Jr, he welcomed with Smith back in May of 2016. Although, the two have yet to find out the sex of their new #ballerbaby, the gender will determine whether or not they will try for another bundle of joy in the future.

“If it’s a girl then the shop is closed but if it’s a boy then we have to do it again!” they said. “I’ve been dreaming of the same little girl since I was a little girl and we won’t stop until we get her!”
