A Los Angeles woman is suing Von Miller, claiming the NFL star distributed a sexually explicit photo of her to “two well-known celebrities” in May of 2020 after becoming consumed with rage and jealousy.
While dating in 2020, Miller and the woman allegedly took personal and private photos together during “sexual acts,” understanding that the pictures would never be made public.
According to Jane Doe, Miller lashed out “in a fit of jealousy, anger, and rage” and sent “sexually explicit” photos to two unknown celebrities.
“This is the bitch you want? You can have her, dawg,” the lawsuit asserts, claiming that the first message was allegedly sent on May 7, 2020.
Three minutes later, a second message is allegedly sent to a different recipient, “This the bitch you want?” The explicit image had reportedly been attached in both texts.
According to Doe’s lawyer, her circumstances could be a learning experience for other females who intend to date celebrities.
“This case is a cautionary tale for young women that date professional athletes like Miller that think laws do not apply because of fame, money, and power,” the lawsuit reads.
“However, professional athletes are not exempt from the law, and Miler’s vindictive, manipulative and unlawful actions must not be overlooked.”
As part of an additional request for “monetary damages,” Jane Doe requests that Miller refrains from sharing the alleged photos with anyone.
