Nick Gordon has been arrested for domestic violence again.
According to TMZ, Gordon was arrested in Seminole, Florida for an incident described as a “battery-touch or strike,” which is categorized as a domestic violence case.
The arrest comes in the wake of the longstanding criticisms in connection to the untimely death of Whitney Houston’s daughter, Bobbi Kristina. Gordon had been accused of domestic violence just before Kristina was found dead in a bathtub in 2015, but the allegations had never been proven.
However, Gordon was also hit with domestic violence charges two years later in connection to an incident involving his new girlfriend. But, according to the publication, the charges were dropped shortly after.
Now, Gordon is facing additional domestic violence charges. However, he has since posted a $500 bond, and as of Sunday evening, he has been released.
In an updated report by TMZ, Gordon told officials that his girlfriend didn’t want to leave his home after she attacked him for no reason. However, on the other hand, the girlfriend claims Gordon was the attacker in the situation. She says she picked him up from a bar, and as the two drove home, she says he hit on the side of her face several times.
According to the publication, she also says he pulled her hair and should have made her crash the car. However, once the two got to the house, she said they got into another screaming match, before officials arrived and placed Gordon under arrest for the visible marks on the girlfriend.
