Offset is sharing his truth about what went wrong in his marriage to Cardi B.

Sitting down with Keke Palmer on “Baby, This Is Keke Palmer,” the rapper reflected on his mistakes, growth, and the painful reality of losing someone he still respects. When asked by Palmer if he would have done anything differently, Offset didn’t hesitate.
“I should’ve respected her way more, you know what I mean? I made bad decisions as a man, like stepping out,” he said.
Still, Offset made it clear that he knows where he went wrong.
“That’s why when she left, I had to take that on the chin,” Offset said. “I was being selfish, you know what I mean? And I can say that as a man. I’m a grown man.”
Cardi B filed for divorce in July 2024 after seven years of marriage. It wasn’t the first time the pair had faced separation; she previously filed in 2020 but later called it off.
The couple shares three children together: daughter Kulture Kiari, 7, son Wave Set, 4, and daughter Blossom Belle, 13 months.
Offset made it clear that they remain his top priority.
“We got kids to live for,” he said, emphasizing that family and fatherhood now guide his focus moving forward.
