Offset is facing more than $2.3 million in unpaid taxes amid his divorce from Cardi B.
The IRS filed a lien for $486,426.35 for 2023, following a previous lien for $1,575,266.73 for 2022.
The Georgia Department of Revenue also claims he owes $292,000 for 2021, including interest, penalties, and fees.
He is also fighting a $232,000 court judgment from an alleged 2021 assault at a Florida strip club. Offset filed to have the judgment dismissed, saying he was never properly served. A hearing is scheduled for February 2026.
Cardi B addressed the divorce in September, saying, “The only reason why I’m still married is because somebody wants me to pay for their taxes. Y’all wanna know the tea? The only way I can get out of my marriage is if I pay for somebody else’s taxes, even though I pay for my own, and give them one of my properties. I’m fighting for that. This is not no love s**t.”
Offset’s financial and legal issues are piling up during the split, highlighting the challenges he faces as the divorce continues.
