The Islanders are heading to L.A.
Peacock has officially greenlit a new Love Island USA spinoff, with the working title “Love Island: Beyond the Villa,” set to premiere this summer. The upcoming series will follow several standout cast members from the show’s wildly successful Season 6 as they adjust to life after the villa.
According to the official description, the spinoff will follow the Islanders “as they navigate new careers, evolving friendships, newfound fame and complex relationships” in Los Angeles—marking a big switch from the sun-soaked, drama-filled Fiji setting fans are used to.
The cast includes JaNa Craig, Serena Page, Leah Kateb, Aaron Evans, Miguel Harichi, Kaylor Martin, Connor Newsum, Kenny Rodriguez, Olivia Walker, and Kendall Washington, with surprise appearances from other former Love Island stars.
Season 6 was a breakthrough moment for Love Island USA, becoming Peacock’s biggest reality competition series ever and the most-watched reality series of summer 2024, per Nielsen. The season was hosted by Ariana Madix and narrated by Iain Stirling, with filming taking place in Fiji.
Though Serena took home the win with Kordell Beckham, he isn’t listed among the spinoff cast. Runner-ups Leah and Miguel, and third-place duo JaNa and Kenny, will all be featured in the L.A.-based follow-up.
