Drummer, Phil Collins, is serious about kicking his ex-wife, Orianne Cevey, out of his Miami mansion.
The severity of the issue has left Collins, 69, with no choice as he gets ready to file an eviction lawsuit against Cevey.
According to TMZ, Collins gave Cevey until 3 PM on Friday to vacate, but she refused.
Cevey has since changed the security codes stating that she plans on going nowhere. She is even threatening to release “potentially embarrassing accusations against Collins” if he continues.
Married in 1999 and divorced in 2008, Cevey was paid out in a $46 million settlement. Yet, most of the fortune was lost to bad investments and a 2016 divorce from her second husband, with whom she left to get back together with Collins.
But, the rekindle was apparently unsuccessful. In August, Cevey secretly married for the third time in Las Vegas. Telling Collins she was there for business.
Cevey is looking to renegotiate her divorce settlement, and that’s the only way she’d consider leaving, TMZ reported.
According to sources for TMZ, Collins fully supports their two sons “through a fully-funded, irrevocable trust, but he believes he’s no longer financially on the hook to his ex-wife.”
Cevey’s attorney refused to comment to TMZ, Page Six reported.
