The son of Pretty Ricky star Pleasure P is wanted in connection to a gruesome murder last month in Florida.
Authorities are looking for 17-year-old Marcus Cooper Jr., who they believe shot 24-year-old Tyron Arthus and left his body on the side of the road in Broward County. The killing took place on October 8th in the early morning hours. Cooper Jr. and Arthus were in a vehicle together, but at some point, police believe that the teenager ordered Arthus out of the car. He then shot the man several times as he stood on the side of Interstate 595 near Hiatus Road. It remains unclear why Cooper Jr. told him to exit the car and why he chose to kill him.
Arthus’ mother, Marie, called her son a loyal man who loved his family. During a press conference, the heartbroken woman fought back the tears as she spoke about her son’s murder.
“For them to take my son’s life, gun him down left him like a dog on the side of the road. That wasn’t fair. No one deserves this. I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy,” she stated before adding that she was praying for the suspect.
The news of his son’s legal troubles arrives as the “Did You Wrong” star is celebrating the release of his latest album, “Business Before Pleasure,” and his Millennium Tour success with his fellow Pretty Ricky group members. A little over a month ago, the 36-year-old revealed on Instagram that Cooper Jr. had welcomed a son, giving him his first grandson.
“I had a son while I was young, now I have a grandson while I’m young. What a blessing,” Pleasure wrote.

Pleasure P has not yet commented on the case. Marcus Cooper Jr.’s whereabouts remain unknown.
