“The Game” star Marion “Pooch” Hall has officially avoided jail time in his DUI and child endangerment case.
Back in October, Hall was arrested and charged for allegedly allowing his 2-year-old to drive his car. In the incident, officials responded to reports of an accident, in which Hall’s car slammed into a parked car. By the time officers arrived, witnesses said they saw Hall’s son sitting in his lap and steering the car in and out of traffic before it crashed.
After further investigation, officials discovered that the toddler had not been properly restrained during the joyride. The incident sparked a DCFS investigation and left Hall with a DUI and felony child abuse charges – facing up to six years in prison if convicted.
But now, just five months after the incident, prosecutors have offered Hall a plea deal, in which he will be required to plead no contest to misdemeanor DUI and child endangerment. He will now be subjected to 3 years of probation and a 3-month alcohol program.
