Post Brands is reintroducing two beloved cookie cereals that were once scrapped from shelves.
Fans of breakfast sweets can now rejoice over the return of the Mega Stuf Oreo O’s and Chips Ahoy! cereal. The Mega Stuf includes chocolatey “O’s” with tiny marshmallows. Even better, the cereal contains actual Oreos in each bite. This is especially good for the return, considering that the original Oreo O’s don’t include marshmallows in its recipe. Milk and cookie lovers will be satisfied over the Chips Ahoy! cereal, as that is all they’ll taste with each spoonful.
Post first introduced its consumers to Oreo O’s in the 1990s. Despite being a hit, it was discontinued shortly after before making a comeback in 2017. As part of the rollout for the new and improved Oreo Os, the Mega Stuf Oreo Os came about in 2019, though they didn’t last long, and by 2020, they were a thing of the past. Now, after four long years, the Mega Stuf has reclaimed its rightful place in supermarkets. Chips Ahoy! cereal hit the market in 2018, but only for a limited time. Much like their Mega Stuf counterpart, they disappeared shortly after.
Post has made these breakfast favorites available exclusively at Walmart and on Walmart.com. While it hasn’t been specified whether or not there are limited releases this time around, it would be wise to grab your box immediately.
