Last month, New England Patriots owner, Robert Kraft, was one of 25 people who was arrested and charged for soliciting prostitution, as part of a six-month investigation into a Florida prostitution and sex-trafficking ring. But now, just three weeks later, the billionaire boss has been offered a plea deal.
According to the Wall Street Journal, prosecutors have offered to drop the first-degree misdemeanor charge of solicitation, if Kraft agrees to certain terms and restrictions. As part of the deal, prosecutors said Kraft would have to submit STD tests, complete a prostitution course and do 100 hours of community service.
The only problem is, in order to accept the plea, Kraft will have to change his plea from not guilty to guilty. As a result, it remains unclear if Kraft will accept it. However, according to report, the deal was not exclusive to Kraft.
