Just two months after allegedly beating up his sister’s boyfriend in an Independence Day beat down, Oakland Raiders cornerback Sean Smith has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the accuser.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If you recall, Smith was accused of stomping out his sister’s boyfriend, leaving him in critical condition with multiple broken bones in his face. Now, the baller has been hit with a restraining order in the wake of the July 4th incident.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
According to TMZ, Smith stood before a judge last week and pled not guilty to the felony assault charges. In turn, the baller was ordered to keep his distance and refrain from contacting the victim. He will also be prohibited from owning a gun.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Although it remains unclear what sparked the alleged altercation, Smith’s attorney says the baller maintains his innocence and will fight the charges.
