Dr. Wendy Osefo, star of “Real Housewives of Potomac,” returned from a vacation in Jamaica to discover that her home had been burglarized. The break-in occurred while Osefo, her husband Eddie, and their three children were enjoying spring break at the Azul Beach Resort Negril. According to a spokesperson for the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, the incident was reported on Sunday and the investigation is currently active.
The burglars stole several items including prized designer bags and a substantial amount of jewelry. Osefo expressed her distress over the incident to TMZ, stating, “My family and I are devastated and feel violated by this intrusion. We thank God no one was home at the time, so for that, we feel very blessed. Material things can always be replaced.”
Osefo had been sharing photos of their vacation on Instagram, capturing moments of beach activities and family meals, underlining the contrast between their idyllic holiday and the shocking discovery upon their return.
Reflecting on the material loss, Osefo reiterated, “Material things can always be replaced.” The investigation into the burglary remains ongoing, with no suspects identified as of yet.
