Reality TV star Tommie Lee was arrested early Monday morning on battery charges following an incident at LIV Nightclub in Miami Beach.
Police arrived at the nightclub, located at 4441 Collins Ave, around 2:15 a.m. They found the victim restraining Lee, 39, until officers took over.
According to the arrest report, the victim stated that the “Baddies West” star approached him near the hotel security area, trying to hand him something. When he refused, she allegedly became aggressive, cursing and threatening him, and even claimed she “would have him killed and shot up.”
The situation escalated when the victim ignored her, leading Lee to wave her hands in his face and poke him. The victim then restrained her until police arrived.
Hotel security footage supported the victim’s account, showing Lee’s aggressive behavior and physical contact. Lee was arrested for battery and taken to Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.
