Red Lobster fans, there is a new shrimp deal in town that you don’t want to miss.
The seafood chain is reintroducing value to its menu with the launch of “Ultimate SpendLESS Shrimp.” This new offering replaces the fan-favorite Endless Shrimp deal, which was retired earlier this year after concerns that it was draining profits.
Starting now, customers can get a plate with three shrimp flavors: Garlic Shrimp Scampi, Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, and Popcorn Shrimp, all for just $15.99.
“Since stepping into this role, I’ve gotten questions about Endless Shrimp — ‘Is it coming back?’ ‘What really happened with the promotion?’ ‘How much shrimp is too much shrimp?’ And it’s time we officially turn the tides,” said Red Lobster CEO Damola Adamolekun.
He added, “We’re starting a new chapter here at Red Lobster, one that’s smarter, more sustainable and still packed with the unbeatable value and delicious flavors our guests have come to expect.”
The announcement comes roughly a year after Red Lobster filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy and closed multiple locations. As the company works to rebuild, it’s also expanding its menu.
Seafood Boils are now a permanent fixture, and three new fall cocktails, the Caramel Dream, Apple Harvest Punch, and Gold Rush, have joined the drink lineup.
