Rihanna and A$AP Rocky Celebrate New Puma Collaboration with a Pop-Up Event in Miami [Video]

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky recently shared some adorable moments at a Puma pop-up event in Miami, FL, which coincided with the Grand Prix F1 weekend. The music and style icons were there to promote Puma, where Rihanna debuted a new pink hairstyle that quickly captured viral attention.

Rihanna also recently spoke to Entertainment Tonight at the London launch party for her FENTY x Puma Creeper Phatty Earth Tone sneaker on April 17. During the interview, she discussed her highly anticipated ninth album and hinted that her children, RZA and Riot, might appear on the album. “I mean, it’s up to them,” she said. “Me and Rocky are really trying to figure out who’s gonna use what because it’s so good!”

Regarding the visuals for the upcoming album, which remains unnamed, Rihanna kept details close to the vest. She expressed her current creative process in an interview with Interview magazine, noting a reverse approach from her usual method. “I have a lot of visual ideas. It’s weird. My brain is working backward right now. I usually have the music first…and now I’m having all of these visuals. I don’t have the songs for them yet, but maybe that’s the key, this time.”

When asked whether the new album represents a “rebirth” for her, Rihanna mentioned, “Random ideas, quirky ideas, things that have nothing to do with me at all. The opps is watching.”

A$AP Rocky is also teasing new music, with his last album, TE$TING, released in 2018.
