Just days after the legal back and forth between Blac Chyna and Kim Kardashian, the model’s ex-fiancé has now stepped in to clear his name.
If you recall, Chyna filed a suit against Kim, Kris Jenner, and Rob Kardashian, claiming the three worked together to sabotage her E! show, “Rob & Chyna.” However, Kim quickly fired back, saying Chyna’s domestic violence restraining order against Rob led to the cancellation of the show. Which prompted Chyna to respond with claims of victim blaming, saying her fear for her safety should not cost her her job. But now, it appears Rob is trying to nip the entire situation in the bud.

According to The @blast, Rob has filed a suit of his own, denying all allegations of assault. In docs obtained by the publication, Rob says Chyna was not hurt in the April incident, at least not by him.

However, he says if she is asking for a payout over the injuries she sustained in the incident, the penalties would offset, as he was injured as well. As for the other allegations, including defamation and sabotage, Rob says whatever he said about his baby mama at the time, he thought to be true, at the time. ⠀⠀⠀

But, he says if Chyna says he breached a contract, then he believes she breached one as well. As a result, he wants the case to be dismissed.
