Savannah Chrisley, known for her reality TV fame and her fight to get her parents pardoned by Donald Trump, is now weighing in on one of hip-hop’s most controversial court cases—Tory Lanez’s conviction for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.

In a new video, Chrisley said she recently spoke with Tory Lanez’s father and plans to visit the artist in prison. She also revealed that she’s reviewing the case files herself and believes there may have been major problems with how the case was handled.
Chrisley pointed to several key issues she says raise doubts about the verdict. Among them: Megan initially told police she stepped on glass, not that she was shot; eyewitness testimony suggesting someone else may have fired the gun; and DNA results that barely linked Tory to the weapon. She also highlighted inconsistencies in witness statements and missing evidence, like bullet fragments that were never presented at trial.
Chrisley didn’t declare Tory innocent outright, but she made it clear she doesn’t believe the full truth has come out. She encouraged the public to think critically and respectfully share their views on what really happened that night in 2020.
Now, she says she’s committed to doing her own deep dive into the case and even visiting Tory to hear his side of the story firsthand. While many in the public have moved on, Chrisley says she’s just getting started on what she believes could be another case of wrongful conviction.
