Scrappy and Shakira Hardy Celebrate New Bundle of Joy at Blue-Themed Baby Shower [Video]

It looks like the “No Problem” rapper Scrappy is again gearing up for fatherhood.

Recently, he was spotted at an intimate baby shower alongside his newest partner, Shakira Hardy. The event, adorned in a blue theme, hinted that the couple is expecting a baby boy.

In a video from the celebration, Scrappy can be seen affectionately rubbing Shakira’s baby bump. The couple’s joy was palpable, and family and friends surrounding them shared in the festive atmosphere of the day.

The relationship between Scrappy and Shakira has been in the public eye since June, following comments made by “Pick A Side” contestant Nya Ray. She suggested that Scrappy might have gotten her friend pregnant during a threesome, which quickly fueled speculation about the woman’s identity, which we now know is Hardy. After some back and forth, Scrappy confirmed that he indeed has another child on the way and appeared to embrace the news with an open mind.

Scrappy, known for his presence in the crunk music world and reality television, has faced his share of controversies. The “Love & Hip-Hop” star recently went through a public divorce from ex-spouse Adiz Benson, with whom he shares three children.  He also has a daughter with his ex-fiance, Erica Dixon. Scrappy has been seen cozying up to Dixon following his divorce, though the two have made it clear they are not back together.

It’s unclear if Scrappy and Hardy are dating or simply co-parenting.
