Sexyy Red Discusses Her Reservations About Marriage: “I Feel Like It’s Fake” [Video]

Sexyy Red has never been one to shy away from voicing her thoughts and opinions, and her recent sit-down with Angel Reese was no different.

During an episode of Reese’s “Unapologetically Angel” podcast, the “SkeeYee” rapper got candid about her views on marriage and her skepticism about tying the knot.

“I would get married, but I feel that s**t fake,” Sexyy began. “You can sign a piece of paper and a n***a is still going to cheat and do him.”

However, she didn’t stop there and doubled down on her beliefs that infidelity, in her opinion, is inevitable in relationships.

“I think all n***as cheat,” she said. “Even if I’m not dating them, I know n***as that just be cheating. That’s why I ain’t got no hope for n***as. I just be like, ‘Damn n***a, you cheating? Oh, all n***as cheat.’ All the n***as I know cheat.”

Additionally, Sexyy’s bluntness was also revealed in another recent interview with Summer Walker. The two ladies addressed a caller who had been struggling with a disloyal partner of nine years. The gal pals encouraged the woman to offer grace since cheating is a common mishap in relationships.

Even with Sexyy’s stance on infidelity, she offered words of encouragement to women during her interview with XXL, emphasizing the importance of maintaining one’s identity and strength regardless of their relationship status.
