Smash or Pass? Chick-fil-A’s Pimento Cheese Now Sold by the Cup

Chick-fil-A is introducing its popular pimento cheese as a new side dish, giving fans more ways to enjoy this cheesy treat.

Starting September 23, customers can order pimento cheese in a small side cup for $4 or opt for a larger catering size at $6.50, available both online and in-store for a limited time.

This new addition comes directly from customer feedback, as the company noted, “Chick-fil-A fans made it a thing, so they made it a side.” Customers are encouraged to try the pimento cheese with chicken nuggets, fries, or use it as a spread for sandwiches, biscuits, and more.

The pimento cheese was first introduced as part of the Honey Pepper Pimento Chicken Sandwich, which made a successful debut in 2023. The sandwich, featuring original or spicy chicken topped with honey, pimento cheese, and pickled jalapeños on a toasted bun, was the most popular limited-time item last year.
