Smash or Pass? Popeyes Drops Pickle Glazed Sandwich, Wings, Fried Pickles, and Pickle Lemonade

Pickle lovers, Popeyes has something just for you.

Available starting April 1, the popular fast-food chain is releasing a pickle-inspired menu that includes five new items: a Pickle Glaze Chicken Sandwich, Pickle Glaze Bone-In Wings, Pickle Glaze Boneless Wings, Fried Pickles, and a Pickle Lemonade.

Here’s what’s on the menu:

Pickle Glaze Chicken Sandwich
A zesty remix of Popeyes’ signature sandwich, this version features crispy chicken coated in a pickle-flavored glaze, topped with thick-cut pickles on a toasted brioche bun.

Pickle Glaze Bone-In & Boneless Wings
Both wing options are tossed in the same pickle glaze, offering the brand’s signature crunch with a tangy kick.

Fried Pickles
A classic side with a Popeyes spin—crispy, seasoned, and served with ranch on the side.

Pickle Lemonade
Possibly the most unexpected item on the menu, this drink blends traditional lemonade with a hint of real pickle juice. It’s sweet, salty, and made to pair with the rest of the lineup.

“We’re pickle people, so we understand that there truly can never be enough pickles,” said Chef Amy Alarcon, VP of Culinary Innovation at Popeyes. “We wanted this menu to be fun, flavorful, and full of bold Louisiana taste.”

To celebrate the launch, Popeyes has even transformed its Times Square flagship restaurant into a pickle-themed experience—complete with green signage and an ASMR booth for fans to enjoy the crunch in full effect.

The Popeyes Pickle Menu will be available for a limited time only in stores and through the Popeyes app and website.
