Snoop Dogg’s sexual assault accuser files for voluntary dismissal of her 2013 lawsuit.
The February lawsuit cites a violation of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act for sexual battery and assault. In addition to Snoop, the plaintiff named Bishop Don “Magic” Juan as a defendant.
According to the accuser, the assault happened after a show in Anaheim, California. The woman claims that she was taken to Bishop‘s house against her will. The lawsuit states that the plaintiff was awakened to Bishop repeatedly shoving his penis into her face.
She also claims that she was given a dress to wear from Bishop for an audition at Snoop’s studio. Jane Doe adds that she began to feel sick and went to use the bathroom. Allegedly, Snoop walked in “standing with his crotch in Plaintiff’s face, while Plaintiff was defecating on the toilet.” The accuser says she was forced to perform oral sex on the rapper and wasn’t hired because she “refused to willingly and enthusiastically give oral sex.”
Last month Snoop’s legal team filed to dismiss the case. His team stated that the woman failed to give a legitimate claim against him under federal rules of civil procedure. According to Snoop’s attorney, the woman’s lawsuit “alleges virtually no supporting facts.” Along with sexual battery and assault, the woman accuses Snoop and associates of defamation, false light, and intentional and negligent inflictions of emotional distress.
