The HBCU Legacy Bowl quarterbacks have been revealed!
Wednesday, it was announced that Davius Richard, the quarterback from North Carolina Central, will be joining Team Gaither for the third annual HBCU Legacy Bowl. Davius, who was the MEAC offensive player of the year in 2022 and was also named the MEAC preseason player of the year for 2023, is set to make his mark. On the other side, Florida A&M’s quarterback Jeremy Moussa will represent Team Robinson. Moussa, highly touted as the Preseason SWAC Offensive Player of the Year, will bring his skills to the game.
The HBCU Legacy Bowl will take place on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Tulane University in New Orleans. Additionally, on February 19th, The Black College Football Hall of Fame and the National Football League will also hold the HBCU Combine at the Ochsner Sports Performance Center.
The Black College Football Hall of Fame has grown and has only helped this event’s value continue to move in the right direction. Stay up tuned for more info as additional players are announced for the event in February.
