A Miami woman who previously made the news for leaving her daughter in a car while working as a stripper has now been arrested for beating the child with a cord.
Manouchika Daniels was jailed Monday after her 5-year-old daughter told the Florida Department of Children and Families that her mother struck her multiple times on her body with a cord connected to a hairdryer. The child said anytime she was acting “bad” or “not listening,” Daniels would hit her with the cord. Investigators corroborated the child’s claim by observing open welts and healed scars on her back.
In 2019, Daniels was arrested after a witness called 911 at almost 2 a.m. to report that they’d seen the then 3-year-old crying and roaming around the Vegas Cabaret parking lot in Lauderhill. The toddler was alone and appeared to be confused, but she was able to lead police to her mother’s black Toyota Corolla that was shut off with the windows cracked. Officers located toys and a car seat in the rear of the vehicle. She approached officers about 30 minutes after they arrived and admitted that she was the girl’s mother. Initially, she claimed that she only left her daughter momentarily while she dropped off a friend. However, police discovered that the child had been in the car since at least 11:00 p.m. She faced one count of child neglect in that case.
In this latest arrest, Daniels has been charged with a first-degree felony charge of child abuse with great bodily harm/torture and a second-degree felony charge of child neglect. She has been ordered to stay away from the child.
Let’s make sure she gets the treatment that she needs… That is…to be dropped on a deserted island where there are fruits to eat and water to drink…and leave her there for the rest of her rotten life. Serve Satan from that island.
