The all-new Subway $15 Footlong Pass sold out just hours after its launch, leaving foodies eager for the next sign-up date.
The sandwich chain only debuted its exclusive subscription service on August 24th to Subway MyWay Rewards members. For $15, subscribers will receive a code that gives them 50% off of their footlong sandwiches every day in September as long as the meal was ordered via Subway’s mobile app or website. Each day, the code will change, but members who signed up will always have the most up-to-date coupon to eat as many discounted subs as their heart desires.
Barb Millette, Senior Director, Loyalty and Gift Cards for Subway, said that the restaurant created the $15 Footlong Pass as a thank you to their “passionate and dedicated fans.”
Subway lovers wasted no time flocking to grab one of the limited slots in the program. With only 10,000 memberships available, Subway sold out within six hours of offering the Footlong Pass. Since the pass was initially meant to be available until August 26th, it is unclear if Subway will be offering more soon.
The $15 Footlong Pass is not Subway’s first time giving their die-hard fans generous savings on food. In 2007, they launched their famous $5 footlong deal, which ran through 2016. Unfortunately, the rising food costs forced the sandwich guru to discontinue the initiative.
To stay up to date with the next round of passes, be sure to join Subway’s MyWay Rewards program, which will also give you other perks on your next meals.
